Hantavirus outbreak: 4 Canadians isolating have ‘no symptoms’ after leaving cruise ship, doctor says
Dr. Bonnie Henry, British Columbia’s Provincial Health Officer, provided an update Monday on the four Canadians exposed to the deadly hantavirus outbreak on the Dutch MV Hondius cruise ship last month. After arriving on Vancouver Island the night before, Henry confirmed the passengers, so far, have experienced “no symptoms” and that they will be monitored closely for 42 days.
