Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announces Oceans Protection Plan 2.0

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Tuesday another two billion dollars in funding to renew and expand the Oceans Protection Plan. Calling it 2.0, Trudeau said an example is the Salish Sea Strategy, to protect the ecosystem that respects Indigenous treaty rights and knowledge.
