Toronto police are renewing warnings about dangerous ice conditions after a video showing a man falling into freezing cold waters has been circulating on social media.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has backed down on his threat to remove Crown Royal from LCBO shelves after the government said it reached a $23-million agreement with the brand’s parent company, Diageo – which he says includes investments “Ontario would not otherwise have seen.”
