Rare white crab discovered off Vancouver Island
A rare sea creature has found a home at the Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea in Sidney. This white Dungeness crab, nicknamed "Walter," was pulled from the water off the coast of Sooke. Researchers believe the animal's partial pigmentation is due to leucism -- a genetic mutation in many animal species.
