Prime Minister Mark Carney will deliver a speech Tuesday to the annual World Economic Forum (WEF) summit in Davos, Switzerland. As chief political correspondent David Akin previews, Carney will describe what he's called a "new world order."

During a 70-minute speech at the World Economic Forum on Wednesday, U.S. President Donald Trump sent a message to Prime Minister Mark Carney, telling him he “should be grateful” for all the “freebies” he claimed Canada receives from the U.S. “Remember that, Mark, the next time you make your statements,” Trump said, indirectly addressing Carney’s own WEF speech the day prior – in which the PM called on the world stage to deal pragmatically with the "beginning of a brutal reality."
