Ten people were shot early Sunday in Shreveport, Louisiana, in what authorities describe as a domestic disturbance, leaving eight children dead. The victims range in age from 1-year-old to about 14-years-old. Police say the suspect fled the scene, carjacked a vehicle, and led officers on a chase before being killed after officers discharged their firearms.
