The delayed opening of the Gordie Howe International Bridge was the topic of the hour in Paris on Friday as Prime Minister Mark Carney was asked to elaborate on the “technical issues” that he said caused the delay one day prior. While Carney didn’t expand on the supposed issues posed by the U.S. administration, he confirmed he knows “what they are” adding, “I don't think it's productive to work through those in public.”
