Corey Callaghan is excited to be a part of the Global News team, proudly waking-up around 3 a.m. to help start your day.
His journalism career has lead him to both sides of the Yellowhead Highway, having worked in radio and T.V. in both Terrace, B.C. and Prince Rupert, B.C. for nearly two years.
Corey grew up in Kinmount, Ontario, a small village in the heart of the province’s cottage country.
He has a diploma in Journalism – Broadcast and a post graduate certificate in Television News from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
When not in the newsroom, you can find Corey still catching up on the latest headlines, watching a good comedy or taking long walks to explore the trails and roads around the area.
