Rainfall warnings in effect for Southern MB

Winnipeg – Environment Canada has issued Rainfall Warnings for areas in south-east Manitoba including Steinbach, Morden, Winkler, Emerson and Morris saying those communities could get between 40 and 60 millimetres of rain by Tuesday morning.
