Brenden Escott
Radio Producer/Sports Anchor
Brenden is the producer and fill-in host of Oilers NOW with Bob Stauffer. Brenden is also the Oilers ice-level and post-game reporter during Overtime Openline, and you can hear him reading sports updates on 630 CHED and hosting This Week on 630 CHED on weekends.
A Kamloops, B.C. product, Brenden earned a Bachelor of Journalism at Thompson Rivers University before completing NAIT’s Radio and Television program in 2018. He’s also the play-by-play voice of the AJHL’s Sherwood Park Crusaders and has been with the team since 2018 as he pursues his long-term goal of broadcasting NHL hockey games.
