Cohan Sassaman is a video journalist based in the Okanagan. Originally from Nelson, B.C., his connection to news began as a boy delivering newspapers in his hometown.
Cohan’s understanding of the province comes from time spent along much of B.C.’s coast, from Vancouver and Port Hardy to Bella Bella and Kitimat. Those experiences helped shape his interest in local stories and the people behind them. He brings a grounded perspective to his reporting, focused on the communities he covers.
