Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting outside a shopping mall in Red Deer late last month.

According to police, on June 29 at around 11:30 a.m., RCMP responded to a shooting outside Parkland Mall in Red Deer, Alta.

Police arrested Brian Stephens, 40, on April 16 in connection with a shooting in Riverside Meadows last month.
