The Canada Agricultural Review Tribunal upheld a $10,000 fine against a B.C. ostrich farm after its 300-plus bird flock was culled following an avian flu outbreak.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) carried out the cull at the farm last week and confirmed that the flock of 300 to 330 ostriches had been shot dead.
