Saskatchewan Health Minister Paul Merriman announced on Thursday that the province is moving into phase 2 of its COVID-19 vaccination program. In phase 2, the appointment system will now be open to people under the age of 70 and will eventually include everyone. Appointments will be opened up incrementally and by descending order of age.
