Police have made a second arrest in a May shooting that left a Corydon-restaurant chef dead.

Chef Noel Talingdan was shot dead on May 29 after gunfire erupted in Bar Italia at 12:30 a.m. A 28-year-old woman was also shot but later released from hospital.

According to eyewitnesses, at least three or four shots were fired before the suspects fled. Witnesses also reported seeing a black SUV leaving the scene.

In June police arrested Eric John Boyle, 30, who faces 15 charges, including first degree murder, assault, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.

At the same time, they issued a warrant for Joshua Lucien Peter Turner, 24, for first degree murder and attempted murder.

Police said Tuesday that Turner was found on Balmoral Street at about 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

He is now in custody.
