Nova Scotia Premier Iain Rankin on Monday reported the province has one new COVID-19 case and they “continue to manage a couple of clusters in Halifax and in Glace Bay. We have mobile testing sites in place and the cases appear to be contained.” Rankin added that “our border has been open for a week now. There’s lot’s of movement in and out of the province and we are still seeing low case numbers.”
