Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister announced on Tuesday that the province is introducing a secure immunization card that can be obtained two weeks after receiving both COVID-19 vaccine doses. Pallister said Manitobans will “receive certain benefits” with the card including not having to self isolate when travelling inter-provincially.
