During Thursday’s COVID-19 update, Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) CEO Scott Livingstone said the province's health-care system is being tested "in ways not seen" due to coronavirus variants of concern that are getting "smarter and faster" and "doing its best to work around all of our defences."
