It can be a tough time of year. For some, the Christmas season brings with it financial and emotional hardships. But there is help available. This week, the Salvation Army in Kelowna has begun registering those who may need a helping hand during the holidays. And as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the need for assistance continues to grow in the community.
