An alleged arsonist in Kelowna may be found not criminally responsible due to a mental disorder

It was a summer they won't ever forget--one during which they describe as being terrorized. A series of deliberately set fires at their property had the Kelowna family living in fear. Now a suspect-- connected to at least one of those fires-- may be found not criminally responsible. Klaudia Van Emmerik explains.
