Don't be afraid to reach out for help. That's the message as the Canadian Mental Health Association tackles the issue of youth substance abuse. A series of forums will be held around the north Okanagan, and a Vernon man will be sharing his story of mental illness and the use of drugs and alcohol to self-medicate.
