It’s known as the Valley of the Sun, but right now, the neighborhood on the northwest side of Okanagan Lake is facing too much water. As snow melts and rain falls, spring flooding is an annual concern, and a few residents have had to work hard this year to keep excess water at bay. As Megan Turcato reports, some think local officials should take a more active role in this flood control.
