A tentative deal for local governments to purchase a former rail corridor is creating a lot of enthusiasm in the north Okanagan. The agreement is significant because it could lead to a second rail trail, this one stretching from Armstrong to Sicamous. However, as Megan Turcato reports, buying the property is only the first step.
