  Peterborough County OPP say a man claimed he was a passenger in a pickup that crashed and killed a woman. Police say the man was a prohibited driver and he was impaired.

  The Ministry of Transportation reported around 1 p.m. that all lanes were closed at Highway 115 and Highway 35 and Boundary Road. They reopened around 3 p.m.
