• Wildfires, crashes impact B.C. Southern Interior highways

  Ongoing wildfire strife as well as at least one crash have affected B.C. Interior highways and motorists are being advised to check Drive BC before they embark on any road trips.

  The right lane was blocked for around an hour, backing traffic up until Hudson Road in West Kelowna until well after 9:20 a.m.

  Drive BC said the rockslide is located between Bridgeman Road and North Beach Road and crews are on their way for assessment of the damage.
