The second incident happened two days later in the same community. Police say a man allegedly broke into a liquor store and stole several bottles of alcohol.

Officers later learned the men were inside a home in the Weymouth Mills area.

“The men barricaded themselves in the home,” the RCMP said in a news release Wednesday.
