A woman was arrested after someone attempted to break into Prince George‘s school on Wednesday, said Scotland Yard.
The young Royal was in class at Thomas’s Battersea School when police were called, following reports that an unknown individual had gained access to the school premises.

The woman, who has not been identified, is currently being held in a London police station and was arrested for attempted burglary. Multiple sources are reporting that she is in her 40s.
“We are working with the school, which is attended by His Royal Highness Prince George, to review its security arrangements after the incident,” said a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police.

“Police were alerted and officers attended immediately after the issue came to light.”
London police are part of the protective security arrangements for the Prince.
As of this writing, it’s unclear if the break-in was related to the young royal’s presence.
Prince George’s first day of school was on Sept. 7, less than a week ago.
