HALIFAX – The RCMP has arrested two more suspects in connection with a shooting in Cole Harbour on Sunday night that sent two men and a woman to hospital.
Two 17-year-old boys were arrested around 12:30 p.m. on Monday in the Cole Harbour area and police seized a red, four-door Honda Civic as part of the investigation.
“Currently, investigators are working through the evidence that they’re gathering,” said Cpl. Greg Church. “They will follow the evidence and from that they’ll form grounds to lay charges that are appropriate in this case.”
On Sunday, RCMP arrested two people after responding to a call around 7 p.m. on Arklow Drive after four males wearing bandanas allegedly forced their way into a home and fired shots.
Two of the three victims, all of whom are between the ages of 17 and 18, are still in hospital with serious injuries.
The Mounties said the victims and the suspects knew each other and the incident was not a random act.

“You have people leaving the scene after firing gunshots, so there would have been elevated risk to the community — there’s no question about it,” Church said.
“That’s a very serious situation.”
Police are asking anybody with information about the case to call 902-490-5180.
