Some tense and frightening moments in a Lake Country neighborhood Thursday night, where residents had to be evacuated from their homes. Police swarmed the area with rifles in hand after a distraught and armed man was located in a nearby wooded area. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the standoff lasted for four hours and also shut down a busy highway 97 below.
