Splatsin Band writing its own rules for cannabis sales
Description
October 2, 2019
It’s been legal nearly a year, yet many local communities still don’t have cannabis shops. However, on First Nations land numerous roadside stores have popped up. One band is even developing their own rules, saying the province has no jurisdiction to regulate cannabis sales on their land.
