It opened in November of 2017-- a temporary shelter in downtown Kelowna to help the homeless get through the cold winter season. But now a year and a half later and after numerous extensions, news tonight that the controversial Cornerstone shelter on Leon Avenue will remain open... indefinitely. Klaudia Van Emmerik has the latest.
