City warns Montrealers of major disruptions as international cycling championship approaches

The city is bracing itself for one of the biggest sporting events it's ever hosted. Thousands are expected for the UCI Road World Championships that will take over parts of the city for a week. As Phil Carpenter reports, it'll mean several road closures and disruptions and, though some residents have concerns, many are looking forward to the event.
