After repeated public calls for action, a highly-anticipated report on how to improve safety in Vernon's downtown core has been made public. More than three dozen recommendations were presented to city council this afternoon. But how many of those ideas will actually be implemented remains to be seen. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
