Dogs train in Revelstoke to rescue avalanche victims

They may look cute, but they also have a serious job to do. Avalanche rescue dogs can help find people trapped in slides even when other technology fails. This week, pooches and their handlers gathered at Revelstoke Mountain Resort for training with the Canadian Avalanche Rescue Dog Association (CARDA). Reporter Megan Turcato caught up with the trainees as they went through their paces.
