• Winnipeg police investigating after teen found dead on Balmoral Street

  At 8:23 a.m. officers went to the 500 block of Balmoral Street for a report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, officers found a man dead outside of a residence.

  When police arrived, the man was arrested and then collapsed. Paramedics administered CPR and the man was taken to St. Boniface Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
