OPP say the suspect intentionally rammed his vehicle into another vehicle, before shooting a gun and fleeing from the scene.

The destruction of two red-light cameras in Sherwood Park last month was the result of someone shooting a gun at them, RCMP said Wednesday.

"No one was injured and there (is) no suspect information at this time," police said in a press release.

The Surrey Serious Crime Unit is investigating a targeted shooting in Cloverdale Sunday, which resulted in two people suffering gunshot wounds.

RCMP believe up to four separate vehicles could have been involved in the incident.

Police say one person sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and is being treated at hospital.

Police are asking residents in the area of Upper Sherman Avenue and Fennell Avenue East to check their surveillance cameras for any suspicious activity.
