Surprise, Weezer fans!

The American alt-rockers have just released their fifth self-titled album on a whim. Weezer (also known as The Teal Album), is the band’s twelfth studio album and dropped digitally on Jan. 24.

What’s the best part? Well it’s comprised entirely of covers, and if you heard their take on Toto’s Africa in early 2018, then you might be pleased to know that the rest of the album includes classics such as: ELO’s Mr. Blue Sky, Michael Jackson‘s Billie Jean and A-ha’s iconic 1984 hit, Take on Me.

The Teal Album comes only two months before the release of Weezer’s sixth self-titled album, or The Black Album — Not to be confused with Metallica‘s world-renowned 1991 record.

Looks like fans now have something to keep them occupied until then.

With 10 already-smash-hits, the four-piece dropped a potential instant classic.

“It’s us covering everyone else’s hits,” wrote the band on its Twitter page.
