Surrey RCMP are investigating a serious collision that left a 58-year-old woman in hospital with serious injuries.
It happened around 7:20 a.m. Saturday morning at the intersection of 152 Street and 68 Avenue.
Sgt. Duane Honeyman said the woman may have been running to catch a bus when she was struck by the vehicle.

She remains in hospital in critical condition and with several fractures.
The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with police, Honeyman said.

Police are now looking to collect video from a transit bus believed to have been on scene, and the nearby Gurdwara Dukh Niva Sikh temple.
Police reopened 152 Street to traffic shortly before noon on Saturday.
Police initially said the collision involved a Coast Mountain transit bus, but issued a correction Saturday morning to say the collision was between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle.
