A Trenton, Ont. mom has designed a Canadian celebrity-inspired Halloween costume for her two-year-old son.
Bentley will be trick-or-treating as Gord Downie from the Kingston-based rock group The Tragically Hip – complete with a handkerchief once belonging to Downie himself.
“He likes it. He likes the hat, so he wants to wear that all the time,” Shannon White, Bentley’s mother, said.
After posting a picture of Bentley dressed up as mini Gord on social media, it went viral.
“Last night he was jumping on the bed saying, ‘Daddy, I’ve gone viral.’ So that was pretty comical.”
