Red Deer residents wake to smashed vehicles

RED DEER – RCMP received numerous reports of vehicle damage Monday evening and Tuesday morning.

RCMP say that a number of people appear to have travelled throughout Red Deer breaking vehicle windows in a variety of neighbourhoods.

Those targeted include Lancaster, Deer Park, Anders, West Park and Highland Green.

Vandals broke back and side windows, often by punching small holes.

More than 30 residents have reported similar vandalism and reports continue to come into RCMP.
