SASKATOON – Two Saskatoon restaurants have made the list of the top 50 restaurants in Canada.
Ayden Kitchen & Bar and Prairie Harvest Cafe made it on the third annual list from Vacay.ca.
The recently opened Ayden’s on 3rd Avenue, called one of Canada’s hottest new restaurants by the site, was ranked tenth.

The owner, Dale MacKay, was the first winner of Top Chef Canada.
On the must order list is the Classic Ayden Butcher Burger.
The other Saskatoon entry on the list, Prairie Harvest Cafe, came in at 33rd.
Owned by Mike McKeown, the must eat dish at the restaurant located on Early Drive is the PH Lasagna.
The restaurants were judged by a group of chefs that included Connie Desousa, a season 3 Top Chef Canada judge; and Quebec TV host Patrice Demers of Montreal’s Patrice Patissier.
Food writers and industry professionals were also among those deciding the winners.
