Nova Scotia RCMP are asking the public to lend them a hand as they attempt to identify the driver of an ATV in Springhill, N.S.
Police say the driver has avoided stopping for police twice, even when they’ve activated their emergency lights and other equipment.

“Operating an ATV in this manner is dangerous and illegal,” said a press release on Wednesday.
The first incident occurred on July 24 at approximately 1:40 p.m. Officers saw a three-wheeler ATV on Lagoon Road.
But the vehicle sped away when the officers attempted to stop the vehicle.

On August 13 at 1:40 p.m. officers once again saw a man on a three-wheeler ATV. Officers believe that it was the same driver on the same ATV.
The vehicle once again failed to stop and eventually speed away.
