Alberta's public health restrictions are going back to where they were in January, essentially returning to Step 1 of the province's Path Forward plan for relaunching the economy. While Premier Jason Kenney acknowledged this will be hard for some, he says there's reason to be more hopeful this time around. Fletcher Kent reports.
