A total of 32 more shelter spaces have opened in Kelowna to prevent loss of life

As the deep freeze holds a tight grip on the Okanagan, concerns have grown significantly for those who still don’t have anywhere to go during the frigid nights. More emergency mat spaces have opened in Kelowna to try and prevent cold-related injury or even worse –death. Klaudia van Emmerik has the latest.
