Despite the city’s mayor saying it’s doing its best to solve the homelessness crisis in downtown Kelowna, two more businesses are packing up and re-locating
Description
November 19, 2019
Desperate times, they say, call for desperate measures. Two more downtown Kelowna businesses are packing up and moving across town. They blame the growing homelessness problem for having to re-locate. Solutions are said to be coming - according to Mayor Colin Basran. But as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the impact of homelessness seems to have hit the tipping point.
