Desperate times, they say, call for desperate measures. Two more downtown Kelowna businesses are packing up and moving across town. They blame the growing homelessness problem for having to re-locate. Solutions are said to be coming – according to Mayor Colin Basran. But as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the impact of homelessness seems to have hit the tipping point.
