Shuswap family questions cadet dress code
Description
July 25, 2019
It's a popular program for young people, more than 50,000 Canadian kids take part in cadets. For boys joining cadets means keeping their hair short. It's a dress code that is being questioned by a Shuswap family.
They believe the rule discriminates against boys who are forced to chop off their hair to take part in cadets while girls are not.
