He is accused of murdering his wife. The former Okanagan man was first charged after the woman was found dead in her Vernon home on New Year’s Eve, but those charges were stayed because there wasn’t enough evidence. Apparently that has changed, because charges have been laid again, and as Megan Turcato reports, the woman’s husband was back in court facing a charge of first degree murder.
