For most of us the excess water in the Okanagan is a huge cause for concern. But the opposite condition, not enough water could mean a drought later in the summer. That's why water utilities through-out the valley are trying to find the right level in their reservoirs. In the north Okanagan, they're hoping they've made the right choice. Megan Turcato reports.
