Sales and interest strong at major condo development in downtown Kelowna despite controversial speculation tax
Description
May 2, 2018
Many have predicted B.C.'s proposed speculation tax will have a big and negative impact on the central Okanagan's booming construction and real estate industries. But so far, it appears to have had little to no impact on sales at a major development in downtown Kelowna. In fact, buyer interest in One Water Street has been so strong, the company is fast-tracking the entire project. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
