Another Kelowna neighborhood is complaining about flood damage. Longtime residents say they never had any water problems until a couple of years ago. They blame the damage on their properties on new development above their homes. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it’s the second neighborhood in the past week that’s expressed the same concerns.
